Ashburnham Golf Club is seeking an experienced, ambitious and commercially minded catering operator to take on an exciting franchise opportunity within our established clubhouse.

Located in Burry Port, Carmarthenshire, Ashburnham is a highly regarded championship links course with approximately 500 members, a strong visitor and society trade, and golfers visiting from across the UK and overseas.

The clubhouse benefits from stunning panoramic views, an attractive terrace and an established customer base, with significant potential to develop the catering operation beyond golf and attract local residents, families, tourists, walkers and visitors to the area.

The Opportunity

There is considerable scope to develop a successful catering business offering:

  • Breakfast, brunch and lunches
  • Evening meals and Sunday lunches
  • Bar food and refreshments
  • Golf society and competition catering
  • Corporate days and private functions
  • Weddings and special occasions
  • Terrace dining and seasonal promotions

There is also the option for the successful catering operator to take on the running of the clubhouse bar, should they wish to develop a wider food and hospitality operation.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for an individual, chef, catering professional or established business with:
